I have a source in Australia and he suggested we chat using the IRC tool. I did some research, downloaded a client, and figured out how to configure it, but then when I tried to connect to a server, I kept getting a message that Zone Alarm was blocking it. I did a quick search on the Zone Labs Web site and I found this fix.
- Open Zone Alarm.
- Click IM Security.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Unclick the Block IRC check box.
That's it. Worked like a charm.
Yo thnx man :)

Bravo
Solved my problem with ZOne Alarm (just purchased) and MIRC in about 30 seconds. On the later versions you do have to hit the Advanced Button.
THANK YOU

I have ZoneAlarm version 7.0.408.000 and I can't find the IM Security.
I do have problems using DCC with mIRC.
Is there a similar setup as described on top?
