Analyst shared Autonomy fraud allegations with British authorities before sale to HP

Analyst Alan Pelz-Sharpe who has been covering Autonomy since 1999, shared a story with me last week about receiving papers from an anonymous source alleging fraud at Autonomy just before the sale to HP. He passed these papers on the British Serious Fraud Office. A year later HP accused Autonomy of misleading them before the sale. Very interesting story in the continuing drama between these two companies.
