This week, Microsoft releases the Microsoft Surface with Windows RT (a name that just rolls of the tongue doesn't it?) and Apple will reportedly release the iPad Mini (or whatever they call their 7 inch ipad). If that's not enough for you, another rumor has Google releasing a 10 inch tablet at the end of the month. Have we reached tablet overload? With so many choices consumer confusion is bound to follow.
