Why Apple Creating a Pandora Competitor is a Bad Idea.

When the Wall Street Journal reported last week that Apple wanted to develop a service to compete with Pandora, I immediately thought it was a bad idea -- much like Ping its ill-fated social network. What Apple does best is solve a problem and services like Pandora and Spotify are handling Internet radio just fine.
