In a recent survey, businesses indicated they plan to go to the cloud and expect to use a hybrid model, using some public services and building their own private services. Fair enough, but 71 percent said they were concerned about how to manage that setup. There are ways to monitor public cloud services.

71% is really a huge number for me,but still i agree some people really don't know how to manage it,well i use to be in Helsinki Finland and as an IT i use to study it very well first before i decided to use it,most of the IT companies in Helsinki do the same thing to prevent mistakes.
